Company Update

Earlier today, we met with the Captiv8 team and conveyed incredibly difficult news that we have decided to reduce our workforce. As one can imagine, this is news that no people manager ever wishes to convey, and it has been the most difficult decision made in the company history of Captiv8. All affected employees have been respectfully notified, and we have put measures in place to ensure they feel supported through this process. 

It’s important for us to be clear and transparent about what led to this decision, how we want to support our colleagues, and how we intend to move forward. 

Growth & Transparency

While Captiv8 has been fortunate enough to consistently evolve year over year, growth can sometimes come with its own set of unique challenges. Factors such as the macro-environment and changing customer needs, we as a result we have had to evaluate our longterm business growth strategy. It’s critical that we continue to provide customers with a world-class platform experience and the services they deserve in this changing landscape. 

While this decision did not come lightly, we decided to push forward to ensure sustainable company growth, streamline business operations, and drive favorable business results. 

Our Team, Past & Present 

Let us be very clear – this reduction in force is by no means a reflection of the performance or impact of those affected by this decision. 

Our focus now is to provide those affected with meaningful support during this transition. All employees have been informed by their direct managers and have been put into contact with our HR and People Operations group who will provide support and resources through this process 

Charting the Course Forward: 

As we settle into our newly consolidated organization, we will focus on our priorities ahead: Providing our customers with world-class quality, continuing to invest in the platform, strategic growth, and scaling effectively.
