The Ambassador hereby declares that they are knowingly entering into the agreement, and will fulfill all contracted obligations unless otherwise agreed upon and approved in writing by Princess Polly.
This College Ambassador Program Agreement is a legally binding contract between the Ambassador and Princess Polly and applies to the Ambassador’s participation in the Princess Polly College Ambassador Program.
The discount offer provided by Princess Polly may be shared across the Ambassador's social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Snapchat.
The Ambassador must refrain from sharing the Princess Polly discount offer directly or indirectly with any other third-party websites, unless approved in writing by Princess Polly. Should the discount offer be found on any non-approved third-party websites:
the discount offer will be canceled at Princess Polly’s sole discretion and the Ambassador will no longer be eligible to participate in the program effective as of the cancellation; and
all unpaid commission payments linked to such discount offer will be nullified.
Ambassador agrees to post about Princess Polly 2-4 times per month on social channels tagging @princesspollyboutique (IG) or @princesspolly (TikTok), as applicable, and using #PollyOnCampus and #PPPartner on such posts.
Princess Polly reserves the right to repost content on social media platforms and channels from this partnership in its sole discretion. Please ensure your images & videos are high-quality and your entire outfit is Princess Polly for a higher chance to be reposted.
Additional IG stories, IG posts and TikToks are also encouraged but not a deliverable of this ambassadorship agreement
All content remains the property of Ambassador
Ambassador agrees to remove content (or Princess Polly tags) and/or videos upon request by Princess Polly
Princess Polly is granted an unlimited right to use all content created by Ambassador on Princess Polly and its affiliates’ website/s, email marketing and all social media channels (including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) in Princess Polly’s sole discretion
Ambassador will be credited on the Princess Polly website and social channels when photos or videos are used.
Princess Polly reserves the right to request reasonable compensation in the form of additional content should deliverables listed in this Agreement not be met entirely.
It is the Ambassador’s responsibility to make clear endorsement disclosures on relevant content. Princess Polly recommends Ambassador includes, at a minimum, “As a Princess Polly College Ambassador, I earn from qualifying purchases” on personal social profiles.
Ambassador shall not commit any act or make any statement which might reasonably be considered: (i) to be immoral, scandalous or obscene; or (ii) to disparage or otherwise negatively affect Princess Polly. Princess Polly reserves the right, upon written notice, to immediately suspend or terminate this agreement should the Ambassador violate this clause.
No alcohol, cigarettes or nudity are to be seen in any of the images or videos.
This agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between Ambassador and Princess Polly. Any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this agreement shall not be binding upon either party except to the extent incorporated in this agreement.
The Ambassador understands and agrees that this agreement shall only remain valid should they be located in the United States.
Either party may terminate this Agreement and the Ambassador’s participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to the other party. The Ambassador’s removal of affiliate links alone does not terminate an engagement or this Agreement.
This program permits the Ambassador to monetize their social media content by sharing a personalized College Ambassador discount link with their followers. When customers make “qualifying purchases” from https://us.princesspolly.com/ using the Ambassador’s link the Ambassador will be eligible to receive commission. With that in mind, the Ambassador is encouraged to share their link as much as possible via Link Stickers on IG stories as well as a direct link in bio on IG and/or TikTok.
The Ambassador will ensure that the information in the application and information otherwise associated, including the Ambassador’s email address, and other contact information, is at all times complete, accurate, and up-to-date. We may send notifications and other communications relating to the Program and this Agreement to the email address currently associated with the Ambassador account. The Ambassador will be deemed to have received all notifications, approvals, and other communications sent to said email address. The Ambassador can update their information by emailing us at: ambassador@princesspolly.com
The Ambassador must be at least 18 years of age.
The Ambassador must have a public Instagram and/or TikTok account.
The Ambassador must comply with this Agreement to participate in the Program and to receive commissions.
The Ambassador’s link is for the Ambassador to post solely on their personal profiles.
Princess Polly will pay the Ambassador a commission of 5% on all “Qualifying Purchases” in the form of a Princess Polly gift card.
Princess Polly reserves the right to not pay the discount offer commission on any order items that are returned.
Princess Polly reserves the right to not pay the discount offer commission if another unapproved code is used at checkout simultaneously with the discount offer.
Princess Polly reserves the right to not distribute commission payments should a completed W-9 not be submitted directly to ambassador@princesspolly.com.
Princess Polly will pay commissions in United States Dollars via Princess Polly Gift Cards approximately 60 days following the end of each calendar month in which they were earned.
Commission payments made to the Ambassador will constitute full payment and settlement to the Ambassador under the Agreement.
Princess Polly may deduct or withhold taxes legally obligated to deduct or withhold from any amounts payable to the Ambassador under this Agreement.
The Ambassador will participate in the Program in accordance with this Agreement.
The Ambassador’s participation in the Program will not violate any applicable laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, permits, guidelines, codes of practice, industry standards, self-regulatory rules, judgments, decisions, or other requirements of any governmental authority that has jurisdiction over the Ambassador.
The Ambassador is lawfully able to enter into this Agreement and has
independently evaluated the participation requirements set forth in this
Agreement.
The existence and the terms of this Agreement shall remain confidential, and the Ambassador will not disclose any information concerning this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of Princess Polly.
This Paragraph shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
The Ambassador will not at any time talk about, write about, or otherwise publicize the terms or existence of this Agreement, or any fact concerning its negotiation, execution, or implementation.
